All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction and held as MYR.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and time limitations detailed in individual offer pages. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of funds and account suspension.

Age Verification: Playdesh reserves the right to request age and identity documentation at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Any funds wagered by a User found to be below the minimum age may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
Playdesh maintains one account per person, per household, and per device. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
To access real-money gaming services on the Playdesh Platform, you are required to complete account registration and, at the appropriate stage, full identity verification (KYC). During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the witholding of withdrawal requests pending resolution.
You warrant that all information provided to Playdesh is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Any material misrepresentation in your account details — including false age declarations, fictitious addresses, or use of another person's identity — constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Playdesh accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20 networks).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. For e-wallets and bank transfers, the minimum deposit is RM 20. For cryptocurrency channels, the equivalent minimum is RM 50 at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. All deposits are credited to your account balance in MYR.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits funded by another individual's bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of funds and potential account suspension.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed via DuitNow and FPX during normal operating hours, with most transfers completed within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals to other payment methods may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the method and the User's financial institution.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the User's own name and matching the details held on file with Playdesh.
Playdesh reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, including requesting documentation confirming the source of funds where required under our compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Playdesh does not accept responsibility for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values between the time of deposit and any subsequent conversion. Cryptocurrency withdrawal requests will be processed in MYR equivalent unless otherwise agreed with the support team.
Important: Playdesh does not charge internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, fees levied by your payment provider, bank, or cryptocurrency network are outside our control and remain your responsibility.
Playdesh offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of Playdesh or the relevant rights holder.
Any unauthorised use of Playdesh's intellectual property — including the use of the Playdesh brand name, logo, or visual identity in any commercial or promotional context not expressly authorised — constitutes infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

Playdesh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, Playdesh reserves the right to withold and forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds not subject to an ongoing investigation may be returned to the User via their original payment method, less any amounts attributable to the breach.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the User's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
Playdesh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect User rights, bonus structures, or withdrawal conditions — we will provide reasonable prior notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Playdesh's operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute regarding outcome of a game, a promotional offer, or a transaction, Users must raise the matter with our customer support team in the first instance. Playdesh will investigate all complaints in good faith and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days of receipt.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Users may escalate the matter to Playdesh's designated independent dispute resolution body as specified in our licence conditions. Playdesh will cooperate fully with any such escalated review.
